Rental Managers have been managing my Totara Park property since 2004. I’ve found them to be competent and professional. We had an unfortunate situation where the tenant got behind with the rent, and then scarpered. In no time at all, the property was cleaned and a new tenant installed. Jennie attended a tenancy tribunal meeting and not surprisingly the ruling was in our favour. Rather than use a debt collector, Jennie made an arrangement with the tenant to pay us the rent in arrears over two years at twenty dollars a week. In short, the debt was paid and the tenant was able to retain her dignity. Well managed!
